Drop-off and Collection Procedures
Training
- Please ensure that you do not drop your child off more than 15 minutes before the start of your child’s training session i.e. either 6.00 pm or 7.30 pm. We cannot guarantee that they will be supervised prior to that time.
- Please ensure that your child does not run across the car park to get to the pitch.
- Please collect your child from the relevant coaches at the end of the session. All players will remain with their coaches until they have been collected. They will not be allowed to leave until a parent/guardian has collected them.
- If someone different is going to collect your child please ensure that you inform the coach prior to the time.
Matchday
- Please ensure that you bring your child at the correct time as instructed by the coach
- Please ensure that your child does not run across the car park to get to the changing rooms
- At the end of the match, once your child has changed, please collect him from the relevant coach. All players will remain with their coaches until they have been collected. They will not be allowed to leave until a parent/guardian has collected them.
- If someone different is going to collect your child please ensure that you inform the coach prior to the time.
